The location of this home is ideal! It is located in a quiet neighborhood while at the same time being a 3-4 minute drive to Highway 75, Super Walmart, Starbucks, and a variety of restaurants and doctor's offices.
The subdivision, Eddington Place, is full of friendly families of all ages, with and without children.
Amenities include a Neighborhood Pool, fishing pond, playground, and trails. And, of course, well-maintained sidewalks and roads for a pleasant stroll, jogging for exercise, or for the the kids to ride their bikes or walk to their friend's house!
If you know about this area, then you already know Jenks Schools are top notch!! Starting in 7th grade, all students are issued a Chrome book for their personal use to assist students in being prepared for a technology-heavy economy. The high school boasts an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a full-sized planetarium as well as a state-of-the-art gym/work out area.
The elementary school is pre-k through 4th grade, with the pre-k program being all day. Intermediate school is 5th and 6th and the middle school is 7th and 8th. The high school has a Freshman Academy building, designed to assist 9th graders in making a smooth transition from middle school to high school. This home is in Jenks West Elementary and Intermediate boundaries.
Jenks Church is located on the same block as the Eddington Place subdivision and offers an outstanding preschool program.
